Membership Eligibility
To become a member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., Epsilon Tau Chapter a candidate shall be sponsored by one member and endorsed by another and shall be approved by majority vote of the chapter.
To qualify for membership a candidate shall have: a degree from an accredited college or university OR 48 hours from a business college or college of liberal arts.
Business Owners and All Professions Welcomed
You do not have to own a business to be a member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. If you are a professional woman who wants to develop additional skills in a “safe environment,” Epsilon Tau may be the organization for you. If you are interested in elevating the status of women in your community and want to invest your time and talents. If this describes you, Epsilon Tau Chapter is looking for you.
Dual Membership Welcomed
Iota Phi Lambda Sorority is a Greek-Lettered Organization, but it is not a member of the National Pan-Hellenic Council. So, members of Iota can hold membership in both Iota and the Pan-Hellenic Organization of your choice.

Since 1929, Iota Phi Lambda has been helping women become the best version of themselves. Epsilon Tau Chapter membership recruitment efforts begin in late August or early September.
